Absolutely, yes! We welcome you to come and try our foundation classes! Our classes are for anyone and everyone. Our exceptional instructors will introduce you to the world of movement in your choice of apparatus (or no apparatus) while incorporating techniques, strength building and flexibility training in class. Progressions and regressions will be provided for varying levels of strength and flexibility. We’ve got you!

For absolute beginners to pole tricks/dance, highly not recommended.

Each of Chloé’s classes have specific prerequisites that one should meet before enrolling for that particular class.

Prerequisites for each class are listed in the table under the timetable – scroll the above timetable widget to find the song list and prerequisites for each class.

Yes, in the two workshops within the same week, Chloé will be teaching the same content.

E.g. Week 1 Wed she will be teaching XYZ, W1 Sun’s class will is also be XYZ.

A general rule for drop-ins:

Choreography-based courses – drop-ins only allowed for weeks 1 & 2 of the full/mini term.

Tricks-based courses – drop-ins allowed for any week.

Term Courses
8-week term course registration opens 12:00pm on 6 April 2025 (Sunday). We highly encourage you to enrol at least 1 week prior to the start of the term as we will be tabulating enrolment numbers then.

Mini Terms
Enrolment priority goes to those who wish to sign up for full term 8-week courses. Mini Terms enrolment will only be open 1 week before the start of the Mini Term – E.g. class starts week 5, 2 June, registration opens 26 May. Sometimes we do open them earlier, so check our socials – Instagram and Telegram!

Drop-Ins
Drop-ins for applicable courses begin on the Monday before the start of the full/mini term.

Term Courses
Our 8-week terms are open for registration up till week 2 of the term (however you do risk missing out on key techniques taught in the first 2 weeks). However, we highly encourage you to enrolat least 1 week prior to the start of class as we will be tabulating enrolment numbers then.

Mini Terms
Registration closes the week of the first class. Similar to 8-week terms, we highly encourage you to enrol at least 1 week prior to the start of class.

Drop-Ins
Registration closes when the class reaches its maximum capacity, or one minute before the class's scheduled start time.

Multi-course discounts are only applicable for full term 8-week courses taught by Resident Instructors. And specially for Term 3, Chloé Uchida’s full term courses are also applicable for multi-course discount!

How to redeem your discounted courses:
Step 1: Purchase any full-priced course.
Step 2: Wait 5-10 mins for the system to refresh.
Step 3: Add your 2nd course – discount auto-applies at checkout.

Unfortunately there are no multi-course discounts for Mini Terms. We’re working on it though!

Unfortunately all discounts are non-stackable. They are to be used independently.

As a general rule, you can plan your make up in another class that is not full and falls within the same discipline at the same or lower level, or in stretch & conditioning classes (e.g. flexibility). Additionally:

Classes taught by Resident Instructors:
In addition to the conditions above, rescheduling Resident Instructor term/mini term classes are only allowed in another class taught by Resident Instructors.

Classes taught by Guest Instructors:
In addition to the conditions above, rescheduling Guest Instructor term/mini term classes are allowed in other classes taught by both Guest and also Resident Instructors.

❗️We highly advise against making up in a different discipline or a higher level class as we cannot guarantee your safety. Additionally, please avoid making up in choreography-based classes as the class’ content will differ and you could disrupt the rest of the class.

Do note that this option must be exercised within the same term in which payment applies; any outstanding classes unused will be forfeited once the term ends.

Do note that the cancellation must be done before the class starts, otherwise, that session will be forfeited.

🙏🏻 In the interest of fairness to all Term 3 students, we kindly ask that any rescheduling of sessions be made starting from the first day of Term 3.

Courses and packages are non-shareable and non-transferable without prior permission from the studio.

To ensure a respectful and focused learning environment for both our students and instructors, we kindly request that any accompanying guests wait outside the classroom during regular sessions.

We are, however, pleased to welcome guests during the final week of the term for a special showcase. During the last 10 minutes of class, they are invited to observe and celebrate the progress made throughout the course.

Do take note that for participants below 18 years old, parental consent is required. Also, our chair classes are for ladies only.
