Absolutely, yes! We welcome you to come and try our foundation classes! Our classes are for anyone and everyone. Our exceptional instructors will introduce you to the world of movement in your choice of apparatus (or no apparatus) while incorporating techniques, strength building and flexibility training in class. Progressions and regressions will be provided for varying levels of strength and flexibility. We’ve got you!

For absolute beginners to pole tricks/dance, high not recommended.

Each of Chloé’s classes have specific prerequisites that one should meet before enrolling for that particular class. The most basic level of of classes will be Signature Tricks & Transitions (Beg/Int), which require one to meet the prerequisites of being able to Spinning Climb, Sit, OLH from Aerial Knee Hook.

Yes, in the two workshops within the same week, Chloé will be teaching the same content.

8-week term course registration opens 12:00pm on 6 April 2025 (Sunday). We highly encourage you to enrol at least 1 week prior to the start of the term as we will be tabulating enrolment numbers then.

Enrolment priority goes to those who wish to sign up for full term 8-week courses. Mini Terms enrolment will only be open 1 week before the start of the Mini Term – E.g. class starts week 5, 7 April, registration opens 31 March. Sometimes we do open them earlier, so check our socials – Instagram and Telegram!

Our 8-week terms are open for registration up till week 2 of the term (you will be pro-rated, however you do risk missing out on key techniques taught in the first 2 weeks). However, we highly encourage you to enrol at least 1 week prior to the start of class as we will be tabulating enrolment numbers then.

As for Mini Terms, registration closes the week of the first class. Similar to 8-week terms, we highly encourage you to enrol at least 1 week prior to the start of class.

A: Unfortunately multi-course discounts are only applicable for full term 8-week courses by resident instructors.

A: Unfortunately no discounts are applicable for courses by Guest Instructors. This includes the multi-course discount which is only applicable for full term 8-week courses by resident instructors.

Unfortunately all discounts are non-stackable. They are to be used independently.

Classes by Resident Instructors:
Rescheduling of term/mini term classes are available for sessions that you will be missing (do take note that rescheduling has to be completed before the class starts). Please refer to the Rescheduling & Make Ups page to understand the process. All make ups should be completed within the term; any outstanding classes unused will be forfeited once the term ends.
*Rescheduling can only be done in another class taught by Resident Instructors.

Classes by Guest Instructors:
Same rules apply as above, but you will be able to reschedule in classes taught by both Guest and also Resident Instructors.

Guests are allowed to sit in ONLY at week 8 performance week 10 min before class ends.

Do take note that for participants below 18 years old, parental consent is required. Also, our chair classes are for ladies only.
