For practice package holders:
Only 1 practice credit will be deducted for each 2-hour off-peak session.

Session Requests

Can’t find a time slot that works?
No stress — you can request one

For a small surcharge of $5, you may:

  • Request a preferred practice time slot, or

  • Reschedule an existing slot (e.g. 2–4pm → 2:30–4:30pm)

Terms & Conditions

  • You can cancel/reschedule your practices before your scheduled practice time via the same process as terms/mini terms (please refer to our make up policy).

  • Practices are unsupervised. By signing up for a practice session, you are waiving MAD Collection of all responsibilities. You are responsible for your own safety when using the apparatus provided.

  • 11-session package remains valid for 3 months from your date of purchase.

  • Practice sessions and packages are non-shareable, non-transferable and non refundable.

  • Requests for new practice sessions will be granted subject to the studio’s availability.

  • Requests to reschedule existing practice sessions will be granted subject to the studio’s availability and only if the requested time slot is unoccupied.

  • To maintain fairness and scheduling efficiency, any overstaying beyond 10 minutes (or any part thereof) will be considered an additional practice session and will be billed accordingly to your account.
