Terms & Conditions
Booking date and time slot is subjected to the studio’s availability at the time of payment.
Full payment to be made at least 7 days before your session/performance hire to secure your preferred Instructor and time slot. Please note that delayed payment will result in the release or cancellation of your booking.
Once booked, your sessions/performances are non-refundable.
Sessions/performances arranged may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your arranged session, at no additional charge. Kindly understand that rescheduling within 24 hours is not allowed and no refunds will be made as we wish to respect our instructors and studio’s schedule.
Sessions will be forfeited if 'no show' within 15 minutes of scheduled time slot, or cancellation is not made at least 24 hours before the session, or 5 days before if the session is set at peak hours (weekdays 5:00pm-11:00pm, weekends 9:00am-4:30pm). Any persons unable to attend their session due to illness or injury must inform MAD via WhatsApp at +65 9128 2166 (message only) with a medical certificate for review, at least 24 hours before. the session. Rescheduling and/or extensions will only be given in exceptional cases, at MAD’s discretion. No refunds or credit notes will be made in any circumstances.
