Booking date is subjected to studio availability at the time of payment. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your booking date/time upon receipt of full payment.
Full payment to be made 7 days before actual event.
No refund for 'no show'.
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event date/time via email to hello@mad.sg or WhatsApp to +65 9128 2166, otherwise 50% of payment will be forfeited.
