Experience fitness in a new way! Presenting pole dance, pole tricks, lyra (hoop) dance, hammock dance, chair dance and stretch classes for all levels.
Spanning over 8 weeks, find your inner strength and confidence through our progressive and syllabus-based courses.
Pole Progressive
Your ticket to the world of pole tricks and movement. Understand and build confidence on both spinning and static poles, learn the tricks of your dreams, and defy gravity while performing groovy routines.

Pole Foundation
Prerequisites: None, beginners welcome
The beginning of your pole journey. Designed for beginners; develop strength and skills to execute spins, transitions and floorwork choreographed within a short routine.
Pole Tricks / Pole 1
Prerequisites: Fireman to Chair spin to Front Hook, Pole Sit to Layout to Fast spin
Let’s go upside down! Partnered with more complex spin combos and transitions, you will engage in handstands, basic inverts and holds.
Pole Tricks / Pole 2
Prerequisites: Chopper to Ankle Grab to Crucifix (4 counts each), Spin Climb to Pull Up Sit to Sitting V.
Your introduction to leg hangs, inverts and upside-down shapes. There is a wide variety of moves at this level and we recommend taking it for a few terms before moving on.
Pole Tricks / Pole 3
Prerequisites: Chopper to OLH to Half Star to Jamilla dismount, Chopper to ILH, Handstand stag and straddle
Combinations made up of Pole 2 shapes and aerial inverts will be explored along with power spins, and challenging holds involving fewer and smaller points of contact.
Pole Tricks 4
Prerequisites: Aerial Invert to Chopper (8 counts) to OLH to Butterfly, Layback
Our first of two tricks-only levels. We will begin building a repertoire of aerial poses, smooth transitions between trick combinations.
Pole 5 Tricks
Prerequisites: Extended Butterfly to Pike, Shoulder mount to Brass Monkey
The highest level of tricks instruction will be covered here, where handsprings and more dynamic movements are strung together in succession. Challenging the advanced student with flips, drops, and intricate transitions through a range of powerful and artistic shapes and tricks.
Pole 6
Prerequisites: Ayesha (8 counts), Aerial Shouldermount (8 counts)
By assessment only. This is the highest level of artistry and sport combined. Students will learn to weave together high-level trick combinations with movement to create seamless performance-quality pieces.
Lyrical
An expressive fusion of pole tricks and lyrical dance technique, which includes the technical and style elements of classical ballet, jazz and modern dance. Choreographies aim to convey emotions and stories through fluid movement transitions and artistic interpretation.

Lyrical 1
Prerequisites: Completed Pole Foundation (meet Pole 1 prerequisites), comfortable with upright spins and shapes.
An introduction into the style of lyrical movements and floorwork. Classic pole shapes are evocatively transformed by adding extensions and spirals. Best paired with Pole 1 and 2.
Lyrical 2
Prerequisites: Comfortable with inversions and leg hangs, completed Pole 2 (meet Pole 3 prerequisites).
Learn to create seamless airy transitions from floor to pole. Expect more elaborate floorwork and longer trick combinations.
Lyrical 3
Prerequisites: Completed Pole 4 (meet Pole 5 prerequisites).
Combining everything learnt in Lyrical 1 & 2, dance through a choreographed routine with varied pole tricks that are bound to challenge the individual.
Pole heels
Welcome to the high life! Exotic-style pole dancing performed in the iconic platform heels; combine technical floorwork, turns, drops and spins with heart pumping dance moves.

Heels 1
Prerequisites: Completed Pole Foundation (meet Pole 1 prerequisites).
Understand the anatomy of the shoe and weight placement while manoeuvring dance and tricks around the pole.
Heels 2
Prerequisites: Completed at least 2 terms of Heels 1 and comfortable with pole-assisted handstands.

Hammock
Step into our hammock classes, wrap yourself in the comfy fabric and dive into different shapes and transitions. Our down-to-earth instructors will guide you, whether you're just starting or have some experience. It's a chill, creative space where everyone's welcome to hang out and learn the ropes.

Hammock Foundation
Prerequisites: None, beginners welcome
Learn how to lift off from floor to hammock, inversion training begins at this level along with the understanding of spins and grips. A simple choreography will accompany the basic manoeuvres and shape combinations.
Hammock 1
Prerequisites: stag spin to basic invert, knee hook spin to sit.
Build and refine the groundwork for a solid skill foundation. Master more complex combinations while learning a choreographed routine.
Hammock 2 Tricks
Prerequisites: pivot spin to fan invert to tootsie roll, pendulum spin ripple up to skater.
Delve into more intricate combos, while improving your strength and conditioning, empowering you to progress confidently to the next level. Tricks-focused, short choreography each session.
Hammock 3
Prerequisites: sit to bent arm invert (4 counts), cross back invert (4 counts) to corset wrap to skin the cat (4 counts), skater invert.
Learn advanced techniques and transitions, combined with the highest level of artistry and sport. Explore intricate wraps and dynamic poses through a choreographed routine, taking your aerial skills to new heights.
lyra
Also known as the aerial hoop, this suspended ring allows for dancers to work in, below, above and even on the sides of it. The possibilities are endless! Our single point attachments are built to spin and create moments of weightlessness during captivating choreographies in all levels.

Lyra Foundation
Prerequisites: None, beginners welcome
Introductory spins, shapes and transitions (both upright and inverted) will be taught, peppered with simple movements to create a beautiful routine.
Lyra 1
Prerequisites: side sit to mermaid and other single arm side shapes, controlled negative dismount from sit to active hang
Master curated shapes and movements while learning to seamlessly control transitions from floor to lyra and vice versa through a choreographed routine.
Lyra 2
Prerequisites: straddle invert to delilah on bottom bar, top bar knee hangs without hands
Combine grips, shapes and straddles and challenge yourself with a broader variety of combinations with transitions from floor to inverting on the top bar, balancing on your back and more. Tricks-focused, short choreography each session.
floorwork
Learn to move effectively on and across the floor with leg switches, floor rolls and even shoulder stands. This class empowers your movement capabilities off the pole to keep up with the latest choreography trends.

Chair
One of the most common lifestyle items reimagined as a dance partner. Get ready for fun dance routines peppered with chair tricks and heart-racing floorwork.

stretch
A fully guided session that works through active and passive stretches, paired with mobility exercises to support your pole and aerial journey. Perfect combination to improve flexibility, movement range, and even injury recuperation.
