Rescheduling & Make ups

Missing a class? Plan ahead!

Can’t make a class? No stress — if you’re enrolled in a full-term or mini-term course, you may reschedule or make up your class by cancelling the session and booking another available slot, subject to the guidelines below

How Make-Ups Work

As a general rule, make-ups must be:
• Within the same discipline
• At the same or lower level
• In a class that is not full
• Or in Stretch & Conditioning classes (e.g. flexibility)

For safety reasons, do NOT make up in:
• A higher-level class
• A different discipline
Choreography-based classes (content differs and will disrupt the class)

Instructor Type Matters

  • Classes taught by Resident Instructors
Make-ups are only allowed in other classes taught by Resident Instructors

  • Classes taught by Guest Instructors
Make-ups are allowed in classes taught by both Guest and Resident Instructors

Important Things to Note

• Make-ups must be used within the same term — unused classes will be forfeited once the term ends
• Cancellations must be made before the class starts
• Make-ups are subject to availability

❗️IMPORTANT UPDATE ❗️

Rescheduling and make-ups are only available once the term starts.

Cancelled classes before the term begins will remain in your account, but rebooking can only be made at the start of the term.

See below for steps on how to arrange your make-ups on mobile.
