Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sign ups close when either of the following occurs:

    • The class reaches its maximum capacity, or

    • One minute before the class's scheduled start time.

  • Guest instructor classes are not eligible for student discounts.

  • Workshop packages are non-shareable and non-transferable. Each package can only be utilised by one person.

  • Please note that once booked, no cancellations are allowed.

    Instead, you will be able to reschedule your booked class up to 1 week prior from your class date. No rescheduling will be possible after that.

  • Guest workshops are non-shareable and non-transferable.

  • Yes! We highly encourage you to film yourself!

    As for filming the instructor and your classmates, kindly check in with them before you do.

  1. Head over to the MindBody Classic platform to book in under the ‘Workshops’ tab as per your class preference, or

  2. Use the enrolment widget below to enrol into your preferred classes.

For workshop packages (not applicable for single workshop checkouts):

  1. Start by purchasing the package by heading over to the MindBody Classic platform >> Under the ‘Pay’ tab, select ‘Series and Memberships’ >> Select ‘Kitty Workshops’ in the drop-down and pick your preferred workshop package >> Check out your cart. The passes will be added to your account.

  2. Head back to the ‘Workshops’ tab or the widget below and select the first workshop you wish to enrol in.

  3. Proceed to checkout using the package you have purchased. (If you are only purchasing 1 workshop, ignore the package and continue with checkout via the ‘Workshops' tab.)

  4. Once checkout is completed, you will be booked in for the workshop you’ve selected.

  5. To use your remaining passes, return to the ‘Workshops’ tab or the widget below, and proceed to book your other workshops with your remaining passes. The passes will be deducted accordingly.

Purchase & Booking Instructions

Private Class Prices

  • $260 for 60-mins Private (1 pax)

  • $380 for 60-mins Private (2 pax)

  • $500 for 60-mins Private (3 pax)

Terms & Conditions

  • Once booked, your classes are non-shareable and non-refundable.

  • An admin charge of $22.00 will be applied for any course changes. To ensure you’re enrolled in the correct level, consult your teachers, or drop us a message on WhatsApp for an assessment.

  • Admission to class is only permissible with valid registration of your account reflected in the class attendance.

  • Full payment to be made at least 7 days before your private session to secure your preferred Instructor and time slot. Please note that delayed payment will result in the release or cancellation of your booking.

  • Private sessions arranged may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your arranged session. Kindly understand that rescheduling within 24 hours is not allowed as we wish to respect our instructors and the studio’s schedule.

  • Private sessions will be forfeited if 'no show' within 15 minutes of scheduled start time, or cancellation is not made at least 24 hours before class, or 5 days before if your session is set at peak hours (weekdays 5:00pm-11:00pm, weekends 9:00am-4:30pm). Any persons unable to complete their package due to illness or injury must inform MAD via WhatsApp at +65 9128 2166 (message only) with a medical certificate for review, before the private package expires. Extensions will only be given in exceptional cases, at MAD’s discretion. No refunds or credit notes will be made in any circumstances.
