All sales are final, with no cancellations and refunds.

Courses and packages are non-shareable and non-transferable without prior permission from the studio. Drop us a message through WhatsApp (+65 9128 2166) and we’ll see what can be done.

Admission to class is only permissible with valid registration of your account reflected in the class attendance.

An admin charge of $22.00 will be applied for any course changes. To ensure you’re enrolled in the correct level, consult your teachers, or drop us a message on WhatsApp for an assessment.

Rescheduling of term/mini term classes are available for sessions that you will be missing (do take note that rescheduling has to be completed before the class starts). Please refer to the Rescheduling & Make Ups page to understand the process. All make ups should be completed within the term; any outstanding classes unused will be forfeited once the term ends.
