Head on to our website mad.sg, and click on “M.A.D Student” >> “My Account” and it will bring you to the MindBody Classic platform

On the MindBody Classic platform, Sign in to your account, or register for a new one if it’s your first time here.
After signing in, you will land on the “My Info” page. Look for “My Schedule” in the menu.

Locate the class you wish to reschedule and click on “cancel”. This will return 1 session of your course into your account.
Confirm if you’re sure this is the right class you’d like to reschedule.

To book into another timeslot, click on Term Courses (or Mini Term if applicable).

Find the day and time of the course you’re looking to swap to and click on “Sign Up Now!”

Ensure you’re booking for only 1 session. Select the date of class that you wish to make up in and click “Enroll”.

And you’re done! Your rescheduled class should be reflected in “My Schedule”.

Missed a Class
If you missed a class, unfortunately we would not be able to return the one session to you. We do recommend arranging for a mutual swap with another student who is missing their lesson to secure a chance of making up in a full class. Head over to our Telegram Chat “MAD TALK” under the subpage “Class Swaps”
You are also welcome to try your luck by turning up for another class of the same or lower level and value. Do note that Priority will always be given to students who have registered for the class or have paid for drop-in. In the event that make-up students exceed the available poles in the class, it will be on first-come-first-serve basis, i.e. make-up student(s) arriving later will be asked to leave, no reservations allowed. Make-up student’s arrival timing will be determined by their reporting time to instructor conducting the class.
