Terms & Conditions

  • Booking date is subjected to studio availability at the time of payment. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your booking date/time upon receipt of full payment.

  • Full payment to be made 7 days before actual event.

  • No refund for 'no show'.

  • Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event date/time via email to hello@madcollection.sg otherwise 50% of payment will be forfeited.
