Mel Lee

Mel Lee traded aerospace engineering for the pole — and never looked back. A former aerospace project manager who discovered pole while completing her Masters in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London, Mel left the corporate world in 2022 to pursue performance full-time.

Since then, she’s toured with Snoop Dogg, won Miss Pole Dance Scotland, performed over 150 shows across Asia on MSC Cruises, coached celebrities in Hollywood, including Anya Taylor-Joy and Rihanna, and became a qualified judge for the International Pole Sports Federation. Brains, talent, and main-stage energy? Mel brings all three.

Mel’s distinctive style blends a background in gymnastics with sensual pole dance, shaped by training in the UK, Latvia, and Las Vegas. With her electrifying stage presence, Mel has headlined across the world, captivating global audiences.
